I am feeling really bloated and uncomfortable lately. Been trying to figure out how to use isabgol, you know? I heard it’s great for digestion, but honestly, I'm a bit confused about the correct way to incorporate it. I bought some at the store a few weeks ago, and I thought, cool, this will help me! But I've just been staring at the package. The other day, I tried taking a spoonful of it with water, but it got all gunky and I ended up gagging! Not fun. I read somewhere that isabgol can actually help with constipation too, which I've also been struggling with (uh, TMI, I know!). I don’t know if I should mix it in a smoothie or what? Should I drink it at a specific time? Maybe with meals? Or sip some warm water after? I just want to find out how to use isabgol in a way that I can actually stick to it and not freak out every time I take it. Any tips or personal experiences would be super helpful!
