I am really confused about something. I’ve been dealing with some liver issues, like fatty liver, and my friend suggested I try a supplement. They recommended Liv 52 but then said there's also this thing called Liv 52 DS. Which is better? I’ve read some stuff online and I know they’re both supposed to help, but I keep going back and forth. Last month, I had all these tests done, and my liver enzymes were kinda high, but nothing too alarming. The doctor just told me to improve my diet and exercise more, but I’ve been looking into natural options too. Anyway, I tried the regular Liv 52 for a week, and felt okay, but I don’t know if switching to Liv 52 DS would be a smarter move? Some people say it's more potent or whatever. Like, does DS mean it’s double the strength or what? Really need clarity here!
