I am feeling sort of lost and really need some clarity on this tankan bhasma. I recently visited an Ayurvedic clinic because I've been dealing with, like, chronic stomach issues and my digestion's been off. The doc there recommended tankan bhasma for acidity and all but I can't help but wonder what exactly is tankan bhasma? Like, is this something I should be concerned about or excited for? I did a little googling but ended up with more questions than answers? They mentioned it can help with gastrointestinal problems but I'm still confused. Is it safe to use long term? I'm kinda nervous about starting something new, especially since my gut’s already super sensitive. And then there's the dosage – how much is too much? I want to make sure I’m using tankan bhasma the right way! Also, could it interact with my other meds or what? Sorry for the random thoughts, just trying to gather info here!
