I am really trying to figure out what is licorice powder and how I can use it. For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with some digestion issues and a friend mentioned this licorice powder as a possible remedy. I mean, I never heard of it before, but apparently it’s supposed to help soothe the stomach or something? I did a little research, but it’s all kinda confusing. Like, I thought licorice was just a candy, right? Anyway, I noticed I have this bloating and sometimes heartburn after meals, and I even went to the doc, but they mostly gave me antacids. I’d rather try something more natural, but I’m worried if licorice powder will really help me! I saw some that said it’s good for inflammation too. Do I just mix it in water or what?? How much should I take? Are there any side effects? I dunno, I want to use it but I’m not sure what is licorice powder and if it’ll really work for me. Any advice would be super helpful!!
