I am really at my wits end with this whole thing. A couple months ago, I started noticing that my digestion was just not right. It’s like my gut was throwing a party without inviting me! The bloating was insane, and I had this annoying feeling of fullness, like I just couldn’t finish meals but was constantly hungry, you know? My doctor suggested SNA Duraalabhaarishtam but didn't explain much about it. Has anyone actually tried this? Like, does it really help with digestion? I tried changing my diet but that didn’t help much; almost felt more confused because one day I’d feel better and the next not at all. And I read somewhere that this SNA Duraalabhaarishtam could also assist with other things like energy levels? I could sure use some more energy!
