I am struggling with some digestive issues and a friend mentioned SNA Gayatriadi Kashayam as a potential solution. It’s been going on for about 3 months, and I just feel so bloated all the time, like nothing's really settling. Sometimes I have sharp pains after eating, too. I tried a few other ayurvedic remedies and over-the-counter stuff but nothing seems to help much. I heard that SNA Gayatriadi Kashayam could balance my doshas and help with digestion? I did some reading and it’s says it can help with toxins in the body, which I'm assuming is a good thing. But, like, can it really make a difference? I’m worried about trying new things because I don’t want to make this worse. Oh, and should I be taking it with food or on an empty stomach? And like, how do I know if it's actually working? I don’t wanna jump the gun but I’m super frustrated – can SNA Gayatriadi Kashayam really help with my bloating and pain, or is it just another herbal thing that might not work for me?
