I am really confused about my health lately and have been hearing a lot about Sitaram Danthyarishtam. It all started a few months ago when I began feeling really sluggish and tired all the time, like I could sleep for a week and still not feel rested. I went to the doc and they said it might be some kind of digestive issue but the tests came back mostly normal. Still feeling bloated after meals and a bit of acidity too, ugh.
