Revinto D-Sora Tablets - #30614
I am at my wits end trying to figure out what to do about these horrible stomach issues I've been having. A few weeks ago, I started taking Revinto D-Sora Tablets because I heard they could help with indigestion and bloating. At first, I felt some relief, but now my stomach's even more upset, like, all the time! I don’t even know if it’s the tablets or just my crazy diet lately. Like, yesterday I had this curry that was super spicy, and now my stomach feels like a war zone. I’ve been reading that Revinto D-Sora Tablets are supposed to improve digestive health, but I'm really starting to wonder if they're even working for me. I feel nauseous quite often, and there’s, like, this weird heaviness in my gut. On top of that, I’m usually very active, but these past few days I just feel sluggish and tired. Is that normal? Should I keep taking the Revinto D-Sora Tablets if they’re making me feel this way? I know everyone reacts differently to supplements but seriously, is this something to be concerned about? Should I maybe cut them out completely for a bit and see how I feel? Really need some advice from anyone who’s taken them!

Doctors’ responses
Based on Ayurvedic principles, recognizing the signs your body is communicating is crucial. If you’ve observed worsening symptoms since starting Revinto D-Sora Tablets, it could indicate that they are not aligning well with your prakriti, or constitution. Revinto D-Sora might be designed to aid digestion, but your body’s unique responses should always be the primary guide.
First, let’s consider possibility that the tablets might not be suitable for you or there could be interactions with your diet or current condition. If there’s an increase in discomfort, feeling of nausea, or heaviness, it’s wise to pause taking these tablets temporarily. This will help discern whether they are the root of your symptoms.
Meanwhile, take a moment to reflect on your diet. Spicy foods can aggravate the pitta dosha, which might be contributing to the burning sensation and heaviness you’ve been experiencing. Moderation in spices and opting for cooling foods like cucumber, melon, or fennel water could soothe some of these disturbances.
With regard to your sluggishness, this might relate to digestive agni, or fire, becoming impaired. Supporting digestion through gentle practices like sipping warm water, ginger tea, or engaging in light physical activities, such as walking, can help stoke the digestive fire. Yoga practices like Pawanmuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose) may be beneficial.
Allow a period of observation, a few days to a week without the tablets, to see if symptoms ease. If they persist, or if you experience any severe symptoms, consulting with a healthcare professional is recommended. Listen to your body’s signals – it’s telling you when something is off balance. Reevaluate how Revinto D-Sora fits into your lifestyle and consider this adjustment as an opportunity to better understand your body’s needs.
