I am feeling really lost lately, like, since the past few months. I started having digestive issues, you know, bloating and just this overall uneasy feeling after meals. Went to a doc, and after some tests and stuff, they said it could be related to stress or something. I heard about this thing called Everest Abhayarishta and how it might help with stomach problems, but like, I’m not really sure what it even is. My friend who’s into Ayurveda mentioned Everest Abhayarishta as something that might be good for balancing my doshas. I don’t even know what doshas are! I mean, she said it helps with digestion and could calm down my symptoms, which is a plus. But can I just take it without any other treatments? I’m also worried about interactions since I'm on some meds for anxiety and stuff. I tried some other natural remedies, but nothing really worked like I hoped.
