I am really struggling lately with my digestion and I need some help! For the past few months, I’ve had this super uncomfortable bloating and gas, like seriously, it feels like I ate a whole balloon! I thought it might be something I was eating, but I’ve tried cutting out dairy and gluten, and honestly, things haven’t really changed.
