I am really confused right now and could use some advice! For the past few months, I’ve been having major digestion issues—like bloating and discomfort after meals. I notice it’s way worse when I eat anything spicy or heavy, but honestly, I’ve always loved that stuff! Anyway, I went to my doctor and they suggested I try AVP Amrutharishtam, which I’ve never heard of before. So, I did a bit of research, and it sounds like it might help with digestion, plus it’s supposed to balance out the doshas or something? I’m just really hesitant cause I've also read some mixed reviews online. Some people say it works wonders, while others didn’t see much change at all.
