I am dealing with some pretty frustrating health issues lately and I'm hoping you guys can help me out. I've been experiencing stubborn joint pain, especially in my knees and hips. It started a few months ago after I think I overdid it with my workouts (thought I was younger than I am!). Recently, a friend suggested that I try SDM Yogaraj Guggulu because they swear by its effectiveness for joint problems. I have no idea how it works, but I read that SDM Yogaraj Guggulu is supposed to support healthy joints and reduce inflammation. I just started taking it, about a week ago?? But I’m not sure if I'm doing this right. Like, how often do I need to take it? I just want to make sure I'm getting the full benefits that SDM Yogaraj Guggulu can offer. I've been feeling a bit skeptical too because, honestly, I’m always running into so many different recommendations for joint care, it's hard to keep track. Is there anyone here that's had experiences with SDM Yogaraj Guggulu? Did it help you? Any tips on combining it with other remedies or dietary changes? I'm a bit lost on the whole thing and really wanna get back to my usual routine without those aches! Would really appreciate any feedback!!!
