I am struggling with some digestive issues — bloating, some irregular bowel movements and just general discomfort in my stomach. This has been going on for about a month now, and I’ve tried changes to my diet, but it hasn’t worked like I hoped. I heard about this thing called Everest Lohasavam from a friend who's into Ayurveda. She said it’s great for digestion, but I’m not sure how to use it, or even if it’s the right fit for me. I did some research, but there’s just so much info out there. I even bought a bottle of Everest Lohasavam, and it’s sitting on my shelf right now! Like, is it safe to take it while I’m already having these digestive problems? I’m also concerned about any possible side effects. I mean, do I mix it with water, or do I take it neat? Dosage is another thing I’m confused about— how much should I take daily? And can Everest Lohasavam help with the bloating? Like, how long does it usually take to see some results?
