I am trying to figure out how to incorporate Revinto Amalaki-Churna in my daily routine. I’ve been dealing with really low energy levels, and my digestion’s been off for months now. It's becoming a real struggle. Like, I wake up feeling exhausted even after like 8 hours of sleep, and let’s not even get into the weird bloating and the occasional stomach aches. It's frustrating.
