I am really at a loss here. Lately, I’ve been feeling pretty drained and my digestion has been totally off. A friend recommended Amrita Diatone Capsules, saying they’re supposed to help with digestion and energy levels, but my concern is whether they really work. I've tried other supplements before, but nothing really did much for me, ya know? Last week, I had this weird bloating after every meal, and I've been kinda lethargic; it’s hard to stay focused at work! Doctors said my tests were normal, nothing wrong with my nutritional levels. But honestly, I can’t shake off this feeling of discomfort. I’m thinking maybe the Amrita Diatone Capsules might be a good step? I read somewhere they help balance hormones too, and as a woman, that sounds appealing. I'm just nervous about side effects or if they might interact poorly with anything else I'm taking!
