I am really trying to understand this SNA Marma Lepam thing. A few months back, I started having these weird pains in my joints and sometimes my muscles feel so tight like I just can’t relax. I did some research and stumbled upon SNA Marma Lepam and it said it could help with pain relief and other stuff. Last week, I finally tried it after hearing about it from a friend who swears by it for her back issues. The first application was nice, kinda soothing, but then I didn’t notice huge changes right away. Now I’m thinking maybe I didn't do it right or something? I’ve read you have to do it regularly for best results, but I didn’t think it would be this tricky. I am also kinda lost on how long to leave it on? Like, can I use it daily? Or is that too much? And I keep thinking, are there any specific signs I should look out for to know it's really working? The info online is so jumbled, and I’m just hoping I’m doing this SNA Marma Lepam thing right.
