I am really struggling with some chronic back pain that just won’t go away. I heard about SNA Dashamoola Tailam from a friend who swears by it, but honestly, I’m feeling kinda lost on how to use it effectively. Like, I tried a few herbal remedies before, but nothing seems to help! Last week, I had this stressful week at work, and everything just got worse. My lower back was throbbing, and I couldn’t focus on my tasks. I tried yoga and some stretches, but the pain feels like it's a deep ache, like in the muscles or maybe even the nerves? I don’t know! I read online that SNA Dashamoola Tailam could be good for relieving such pain and inflammation, but what’s the best way to apply it? Do I just massage it in, or should I be doing something else? I don’t want to mess this up, and I really need some help. Also, how often can I use it? I’ve seen some people say daily, but others say every other day. And what’s the deal with the blend of herbs in it? Is that a big deal for effectiveness? Trying to figure this all out b4 I spend more time with pain than I have to.
