I am really struggling with some issues and I need advice on how to stop arthritis from taking over my life. A few months ago, I started getting these weird, painful feelings in my joints, especially my knees and fingers—like, it hurt to even turn a doorknob! I thought maybe it was just age but then it kept getting worse, and my doctor said it sounds like arthritis. I wanna do everything possible to avoid those harsh meds, you know? I’ve been trying to eat healthy and do some yoga, but I feel like I’m missing something. My mom swears by turmeric and ginger, and she even suggested I look into Ayurvedic remedies. I've read a bit about how to stop arthritis naturally, and it'd be awesome to use herbs or whatever instead of relying on synthetic stuff. Has anyone had success with specific treatments or dietary changes? Also, how do I even get started on that? I feel overwhelmed, like where do I even begin with this?
