Hello Ritik Main samajh sakti hoon ki aap apni stithi ko lekar bahut chintit hain. Achanak sensation ka loss, erection ka na aana, aur penis ka apne aap sikurna ya phailna dekhkar dar lagna swabhavik hai. Lekin chinta mat kijiye — aisi sthiti aksar manasik tanav (anxiety), overstimulation, ya temporary nerve fatigue ke kaaran hoti hai, aur sahi Ayurvedic upchar se poori tarah theek ho sakti hai.

✅AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

✅INTERNAL MEDICATION

1 Ashwagandhadi Churna – 1 tsp dudh ke sath din mein 2 baar. ( Nerves ko majboot karta hai, stamina aur confidence badhata hai.)

2 Shatavari Kalpa – 1 tsp subah-shaam dudh ke sath. ( Shukra dhatu ko poshan deta hai.)

3 Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablet din mein 2 baar, after food. ( Urinary tract aur reproductive organs ko bal deta hai.)

4 Shilajit Rasayan Vati – 1 tablet subah-shaam. ( Energy, virility aur manobal dono badhata hai.)

✅ EXTERNAL CARE

Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Bala-Ashwagandhadi Tail se daily kamar aur pairon par malish karein — Vata ko niyantrit karta hai.

✅DIET MODIFICATION

✅Include:

Dudh, ghee, khajoor, badam, moong dal, rice gruel, makhana. Har din 7–8 ghante ki neend lein. Meditation, bhramari pranayam, aur sheetali pranayam karein.

❌Avoid:

Teekha, khatta, fast food, coffee, alcohol, tobacco. Excessive masturbation ya sexual thoughts. Raat bhar jagna aur zyada screen time

Aapke case mein nervous weakness aur psychological anxiety dono milkar problem ko badha rahe hain. Agar aap shant man se kuch din Ayurvedic upchar aur lifestyle follow karte hain, to sensation aur erection dono wapas normal ho jaate hain.

Aap bilkul chinta na karein, yeh sthiti poori tarah se theek hone wali hai. Dhyan rakhein, shareer aur man dono ka santulan hi sabse bada upchar hai.

Warm regards, Dr Snehal Vidhate

At age, -premature ejaculation -erectile dysfunction

These can happen due to -poor blood flow -nerve damage -hormona decline- testosterone decreases with age -obesity or loss of muscle tone -side effect of medications

Aisa Q hua h karan mam 🙏

No ye anxiety se hona billkul normal hai. Yeh koi dangerous cheez nahi hai. Aapka dimag abi shock aur fear mode mein hai. Sensation dull lagta hai Erection nahi aata hai Penis kabhi sukud jata hai aur kabhi failta hai Body ko sub galat lagne jaisa lagta hai Iska matlab damage kuch nai but simply anxiety aur muscle spasm hai Aise case mein sab 100% theek ho jata hai, sirf dimag ko relax karna hota hai

Thank you for sharing this so honestly from what you are describing, it sounds like the penny nerves or blood flow may have been disturbed when the act was interrupted, which has caused temporary loss of sensation and erection. Sometimes this happens when the nervous system is overstimulated or there is sudden pressure on the genital area, but since there is complete loss of feeling, it is important that you do not try to read this at home right away. You should first consult a urologist in person as soon as possible. He will check if there is any nerve or blood circulation issue and advise simple test to understand the cause that evaluation is done and no structural problem is found. Ayurvedic treatment can safely support the healing process and restore normal sensitivity Till then, avoid any sexual activity or checking repeatedly, keep yourself calm, rest properly and have warm Nourishing food do not panic. Most cases like this recover, fully won, the underlining causes under understood, and treated in time.

HELLO RITIK,

You mentioned that after incomplete masturabtion, you noticed -a few drops of discharge came out without full ejaculation -since then, there is loss of sensation, no erection, and the penis fells “shrunken” or “numb”

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED During masturbation, the body and mind get aroused. The Apana vata (a subtype of vata dosha controlling ejaculation, sexual energy, and pelvic organs) becomes very active If the process is incomplete or interrupted suddenly, this energy flow gets blocked or reversed- like a sudden stop in an engine running at full speed

THAT CAUSES -VATA AGGRAVATION= leads to dryness, numbness, weak nerve conduction -SHUKRA DHATU becomes depleted->loss of sensation, no pleasure, weak erectiion -MANAS (mind) gets disturbed-> anxiety, overthinknig, guilt, and fear, which further worsen erection

So the problem is not just physical but also neuro psychological and energetic affecting nerves, hormones and emotions

TREATMENT GOALS -pacify aggravated vata= calm nerves ad restore normal flow of energy -rebuild shukra dhatu= nourish reproductive tissues -revitalize majja dhatu= improve nerve conduction and sensation -relieve anxiety and mental blockage= calm the mind to restore natural arousal -re-establish erection and sexual confidence gradually and atrually

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA= 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk for 3 months =strengthens nerves, improves testosterone, reduces anxiety

2) KAUNCH BEEJ CHURNA= 1 tsp with milk once daily for 3 months =tonic for nerves and testes, increases dopamine and semen volume

3) SHILAJIT CAPSULE= 500mg twice daily after meals for 2 months =natural mineral rejuvenate, enhances energy, libido

4) CHANDRAPRABHA VATI= 2 tabs twice daily after meals for 2 months =balances urianry and sexual functions, reduces pelvic inflammation

5) NAVJEEVAN RASAYAN/ MUSLI PAK= 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime for 3 months = deep tissue rejuvenation ad restores sexual vigor

6) SHANKHAPUSHPI SYRUP= 2 tsp at night for 2 months =calms mind, relieves anxiety and stress related dysfunction

EXTERNAL TREATMENT

1) OIL MASSAGE -use ksheerbala taila -massage gently around lower abdomen, thighs, and base of penis (not on glans directly) -Duration= 15 min daily before bath =improves local blood circulation, relaxes pelvic nerves, restores sensation

2) SITZ BATH -sit in warm water mixed with a pinch of rock salt for 10 min daily =relieves pelvic tension and improves blood flow

DIET -warm milk with ghee, almonds, dates, figs, sesame seeds -rice, mung dal, wheat, jaggery, ghee -sweet fruits like banana, mangoes, grapes - mild spices= cumin, fennel , cardamom, turmeric herbal teas with ashwagandha, licorice, cinnamon

AVOID -cold drinks, excessive tea/coffee -spicy, sour, or very salty food -meat, alcohol and smoking -junk or deep fried food -ice cold baths or staying up late at night

LIFESTYLE CHANGES -maintain regular sleep 10:30-6 -avoid mastrubation or pron for at least 40 days -stay warm- avoid cold exposure -reduce phone/tv time at night -practice patience recovery may take 4-8 weeks

YOGA AND PRANAYAM -Ashwini mudra= 30 reps daily= strengthens pelvic muscles -Moola bandha= 5-10 reps= controls ejaculation, strengthens nerves -Vajrasana= 5-10 min after meals= improves pelvic blood flow -Paschimottanasana= 5 min= calms mind, improves semen retention -Anulom vilom= 10 min morning and evening= Balances Vata and stress hormones -Bhramari= 5 min before sleep= relaxes nerves, promotes sound sleep

HOME REMEDIES -drink milk boiled with 2-3 crushed almonds, 2 dates, and a pinch of saffron every night -mix1 tsp ghee +1 tsp honey once daily after meals -soak black raisins 10-12 overnight and eat I the morning with milk -regular foot massage with sesame oil before sleep

Your condition is reversible with proper ayurvedic care and mental calmness Don’t panic or feel guilty anxiety itself suppresses erection -Ayurevda heals from the root, so it may take 4-8 weeks to feel full revery, but results are long lasting

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

namaste ritik,

aapane bataaya ki adhoore hastamaithun ke baad, aapane dekha ki - poorn skhalan ke bina hee kuchh boonden sraavit hueen -tab se, sanvedana mein kamee, uttejana mein kamee, aur ling “sikuda hua” ya “sunn” ho gaya.

vaastav mein kya hua tha? hastamaithun ke dauraan, shareer aur man uttejit ho jaate hain. apaan vaat (vaat dosh ka ek upaprakaar jo skhalan, yaun oorja aur shroni angon ko niyantrit karata hai) bahut sakriy ho jaata hai. yadi yah prakriya adhooree rah jaatee hai ya achaanak baadhit ho jaatee hai, to yah oorja pravaah avaruddh ya ulat jaata hai - jaise pooree gati se chal rahe injan ka achaanak ruk jaana.

jisake kaaran -vaat ka badhana = sookhaapan, sunnata, kamajor tantrika chaalan hota hai. -shukr dhaatu ksheen ho jaatee hai -> sanvedana ka abhaav, aanand kee kamee, kamajor stambhan. -maanas (man) ashaant ho jaata hai -> chinta, ati-vichaar, aparaadhabodh aur bhay, jisase stambhan aur bigad jaata hai.

isalie samasya keval shaareerik hee nahin, balki tantrika-manovaigyaanik aur oorjaavaan bhee hai jo tantrikaon, haarmon aur bhaavanaon ko prabhaavit karatee hai.

aantarik aushadhiyaan

1) ashvagandha choorn = 1 chammach din mein do baar garm doodh ke saath 3 maheene tak = tantrikaon ko majaboot karata hai, testosteron mein sudhaar karata hai, chinta kam karata hai

2) kaunch beej choorn = 1 chammach doodh ke saath din mein ek baar 3 maheene tak = tantrikaon aur vrshan ke lie tonik, dopaamain aur veery kee maatra badhaata hai

3) shilaajeet kaipsool = 500 mileegraam din mein do baar bhojan ke baad 2 maheene tak = praakrtik khanij kaayaakalp, oorja aur kaamechchha badhaata hai

4) chandraprabha vatee = 2 goliyaan din mein do baar bhojan ke baad 2 maheene tak = mootr aur yaun kriyaon ko santulit karata hai, shroni kee soojan kam karata hai

5) navajeevan rasaayan/ moosalee paak = 1 chammach garm doodh ke saath sote samay 3 maheene tak = gahare ootakon ka kaayaakalp aur yaun kshamata ko punarsthaapit karata hai sphoorti

6) shankhapushpee sirap = 2 maheene tak raat mein 2 chammach =man ko shaant karata hai, chinta aur tanaav sambandhee vikaaron se raahat deta hai

baaharee upachaar

1) tel maalish -ksheerabaala tel ka prayog karen -pet ke nichale hisse, jaanghon aur ling ke aadhaar par halke haathon se maalish karen (seedhe lingamund par nahin) -avadhi = nahaane se pahale rojaana 15 minat =sthaaneey rakt parisancharan mein sudhaar, shroni tantrikaon ko aaraam, sanvedana bahaal karata hai

2) sitz baath -ek chutakee sendha namak mile garm paanee mein rojaana 10 minat tak baithen =shroni tanaav se raahat aur rakt pravaah mein sudhaar

aahaar -ghee, baadaam, khajoor, anjeer, til ke saath garm doodh -chaaval, moong daal, gehoon, gud, ghee -kela, aam, angoor jaise meethe phal -halke masaale = jeera, saumph, ilaayachee, haldee harbal chaay ashvagandha, mulethee, daalacheenee

inase bachen - thande pey, atyadhik chaay/kofee - masaaledaar, khatta ya bahut namakeen bhojan - maans, sharaab aur dhoomrapaan - jank ya tale hue khaady padaarth - barf se bane thande snaan ya der raat tak jaagana

jeevanashailee mein badalaav - niyamit neend 10:30 se 6 baje tak len - kam se kam 40 dinon tak hastamaithun ya pron se bachen - garm rahen- thand ke sampark mein aane se bachen - raat mein fon/teevee ka samay kam karen - dhairy ka abhyaas karen, theek hone mein 4-8 hafte lag sakate hain

yog aur praanaayaam - ashvinee mudra = pratidin 30 baar doharaen = shroni kee maansapeshiyon ko mazaboot karata hai - moolabandh = 5-10 baar doharaen = skhalan ko niyantrit karata hai, tantrikaon ko mazaboot karata hai - vajraasan = bhojan ke 5-10 minat baad = shroni mein rakt pravaah mein sudhaar karata hai - pashchimottaanaasan = 5 minat = man ko shaant karata hai, veery mein sudhaar karata hai pratidhaaran -anulom vilom = subah aur shaam 10 minat = vaat aur tanaav haarmon ko santulit karata hai -bhraamaree = sone se 5 minat pahale = nason ko aaraam deta hai, gaharee neend ko badhaava deta hai

ghareloo upachaar -har raat 2-3 pise hue baadaam, 2 khajoor aur ek chutakee kesar ke saath ubala hua doodh pien -bhojan ke baad din mein ek baar 1 chhota chammach ghee + 1 chhota chammach shahad milaen -raat bhar 10-12 kaalee kishamish bhigoen aur subah doodh ke saath khaen -sone se pahale til ke tel se niyamit pairon kee maalish karen

uchit aayurvedik dekhabhaal aur maanasik shaanti se aapakee sthiti theek ho sakatee hai ghabaraen nahin ya doshee mahasoos na karen, chinta svayan hee irekshan ko daba detee hai -aayurved jad se theek karata hai, isalie pooree tarah se theek hone mein 4-8 hafte lag sakate hain, lekin parinaam lambe samay tak chalate hain

anusaran karen

I am an Ayurvedic doctor trained at one of the most reputed institutes (yeah, the kind that makes u sweat but also feel proud lol) where I completed my BAMS with 70%—not just numbers but real grind behind it. My focus during & after graduation has always been on treating the patient not just the disease, and honestly that philosophy keeps guiding me even now. I usually see anywhere around 50 to 60 patients a day, sometimes more if there's a health camp or local rush. It’s hectic, but I kinda thrive in that rhythm. What matters to me is not the number but going deep into each case—reading every complaint, understanding symptoms, prakriti, current state, season changes etc. and putting together a treatment that feels “right” for that person, not just for the condition. Like, I don’t do one-size-fits-all plans. I sit down, make case reports (yup, proper handwritten notes sometimes), observe small shifts, modify herbs, suggest diet tweaks, even plan rest patterns when needed. I find that holistic angle super powerful. And patients feel it too—some who come in dull n restless, over weeks show clarity, skin settles, energy kinda gets back... that makes the day worth it tbh. There’s no shortcut to trust, and i get that. Maybe that’s why patients keep referring their siblings or maa-papa too. Not bragging, but when people say things like “you actually listened” or “I felt heard”, it stays in the back of my mind even when I’m dog tired lol. My goal? Just to keep learning, treating honestly and evolving as per what each new case teaches me. Ayurveda isn’t static—it grows with u if u let it. I guess I’m just walking that path, one custom plan at a time.

Dr karan kya ho skta h iska

Dr. Akshay Negi
I am currently pursuing my MD in Panchakarma, and by now I carry 3 yrs of steady clinical experience. Panchakarma for me is not just detox or some fancy retreat thing — it’s the core of how Ayurveda actually works to reset the system. During my journey I’ve handled patients with arthritis flares, chronic back pain, migraine, digestive troubles, hormonal imbalance, even skin and stress-related disorders... and in almost every case Panchakarma gave space for deeper healing than medicines alone. Working hands-on with procedures like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana gave me a lot of practical insight. It's not just about performing the therapy, but understanding timing, patient strength, diet before and after, and how their mind-body reacts to cleansing. Some respond quick, others struggle with initial discomfort, and that’s where real patient support matters. I learnt to watch closely, adjust small details, and guide them through the whole process safely. My approach is always patient-centric. I don’t believe in pushing the same package to everyone. I first assess prakriti, agni, mental state, lifestyle, then decide what works best. Sometimes full Panchakarma isn’t even needed — simple modifications, herbs, or limited therapy sessions can bring results. And when full shodhana is required, I plan it in detail with proper purvakarma & aftercare, cause that’s what makes outcomes sustainable. The last few years made me more confident not just in procedures but in the philosophy behind them. Panchakarma isn’t a quick fix — it demands patience, discipline, trust. But when done right, it gives relief that lasts, and that’s why I keep refining how I practice it.

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.

Dr. Snehal Tasgaonkar
I am an Ayurvedic physician with around 7 yrs clinical experience, though honestly—feels like I’ve lived double that in patient hours. I studied from a govt. medical college (reputed one) where I got deep into classical Ayurvedic texts n clinical logic. I treat everything from chronic stuff like arthritis, IBS, eczema... to more sudden conditions that just pop up outta nowhere. I try to approach each case by digging into the *why*, not just the *what*. I mean—anyone can treat pain, but if you don’t catch the doshic imbalance or metabolic root, it just comes bak right? I use Nadi Pariksha a lot, but also other classical signs to map prakriti-vikruti, dhatu status n agni condition... you know the drill. I like making people *understand* their own health too. Doesn’t make sense to hand meds without giving them tools to prevent a relapse. My Panchakarma training’s been a core part of my work. I do Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti etc regularly—not just detox but also as restorative therapy. Actually seen cases where patients came in exhausted, foggy... and post-Shodhana, they're just lit up. That part never gets old. Also I always tie diet & lifestyle changes into treatment. It’s non-negotiable for me, bcs long-term balance needs daily changes, not just clinic visits. I like using classical formulations but I stay practical too—if someone's not ready for full-scale protocol, I try building smaller habits. I believe healing’s not just abt treating symptoms—it’s abt helping the body reset, then stay there. I’m constantly refining what I do, trying to blend timeless Ayurvedic theory with real-time practical needs of today’s patients. Doesn’t always go perfect lol, but most times we see real shifts. That’s what keeps me going.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Shaniba P
I am an Ayurvedic doctor, someone who’s pretty much built her clinical journey around natural healing, balance and yeah—just trying to help ppl feel a bit more whole again. I work mostly with conditions that kinda stay with people... like joint pain that won’t go away, periods all over the place, kids falling sick again n again, or just the kind of stress that messes up digestion n sleep n everything in between. A lot of my practice circles around arthritis, lower back pain, PCOD-ish symptoms, antenatal care, immunity problems in kids, and those quiet mental health imbalances ppl often don't talk much about. My approach isn’t just pulling herbs off a shelf and calling it a day. I spend time with classical diagnosis—checking Prakriti, figuring out doshas, seeing how much of this is physical and how much is coming from daily routine or emotional burnout. And treatments? Usually a mix of traditional Ayurvedic meds, Panchakarma (only if needed!!), changing food habits, tweaking the daily rhythm, and honestly... just slowing down sometimes. I’m also really into helping ppl understand themselves better—like once someone gets how their body is wired, things make more sense. I talk to patients about what actually suits their dosha, what throws them off balance, and how they can stop chasing quick fixes that don’t stick. Education's a big part of it. And yes, I’ve had patients walk in for constant cold and walk out realizing it’s more about weak agni n poor gut routines than just low immunity. Every case’s diff. Some are simple. Some not. But whether it’s a young woman trying to fix her cycles without hormones or a 6-year-old catching colds every week, I try building plans that last—not just short term relief stuff. Healing takes time and needs trust from both sides. End of the day, I try to keep it rooted—classical where it matters but flexible enough to blend with the world we're livin in rn. That balance is tricky, but worth it.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Manjula
I am an Ayurveda practitioner who’s honestly kind of obsessed with understanding what really caused someone’s illness—not just what hurts, but why it started in the first place. I work through Prakruti-Vikruti pareeksha, tongue analysis, lifestyle patterns, digestion history—little things most ppl skip over, but Ayurveda doesn’t. I look at the whole system and how it’s interacting with the world around it. Not just, like, “you have acidity, take this churna.” My main focus is on balancing doshas—Vata, Pitta, Kapha—not in a copy-paste way, but in a very personalized, live-and-evolving format. Because sometimes someone looks like a Pitta imbalance but actually it's their aggravated Vata stirring it up... it’s layered. I use herbal medicine, ahar-vihar (diet + daily routine), lifestyle modifications and also just plain conversations with the patient to bring the mind and body back to a rhythm. When that happens—healing starts showing up, gradually but strongly. I work with chronic conditions, gut imbalances, seasonal allergies, emotional stress patterns, even people who just “don’t feel right” anymore but don’t have a name for it. Prevention is also a huge part of what I do—Ayurveda isn’t just for after you fall sick. Helping someone stay aligned, even when nothing feels urgent, is maybe the most powerful part of this science. My entire practice is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—Charaka, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridayam—and I try to stay true to the system, but I also speak to people where they’re at. That means making the treatments doable in real life. No fancy lists of herbs no one can find. No shloka lectures unless someone wants them. Just real healing using real logic and intuition together. I care about precision in diagnosis. I don’t rush that part. I take time. Because one wrong assumption and you’re treating the shadow, not the source. And that’s what I try to avoid. My goal isn’t temporary relief—it’s to teach the body how to not need constant fixing. When someone walks away lighter, clearer, more in tune with their system—that’s the actual win.

Dr. Narendrakumar V Mishra
I am a Consulting Ayurvedic Physician practicing since 1990—feels strange saying “over three decades” sometimes, but yeah, that’s the journey. I’ve spent these years working closely with chronic conditions that don’t always have clear answers in quick fixes. My main work has been around skin disorders, hair fall, scalp issues, and long-standing lifestyle stuff like diabetes, arthritis, and stress that kinda lingers under everything else. When someone walks into my clinic, I don’t jump to treat the problem on the surface. I start by understanding their *prakriti* and *vikriti*—what they’re made of, and what’s currently out of sync. That lets me build treatment plans that actually *fit* their system—not just push a medicine and hope it works. I use a mix of classical formulations, panchakarma if needed, dietary corrections, and slow, practical lifestyle changes. No overnight miracle talk. Just steady support. Hair fall and skin issues often feel cosmetic from outside—but internally? It’s about digestion, stress, liver, hormones... I’ve seen patients try 10+ things before landing in front of me. And sometimes they just need someone to *listen* before throwing herbs at the problem. That’s something I never skip. With arthritis and diabetes too, I take the same root-cause path. I give Ayurvedic medicines, but also work with *dinacharya*, *ahar* rules, and ways to reduce the load modern life puts on the body. We discuss sleep, food timing, mental state, all of it. I’ve also worked a lot with people dealing with high stress—career burnout, anxiety patterns, overthinking—and my approach there includes Ayurvedic counseling, herbal mind support, breathing routines... depends what suits them. My foundation is built on classical *samhitas*, clinical observation, and actual time with patients—not theories alone. My goal has always been simple: to help people feel well—not just for a few weeks, but in a way that actually lasts. Healing that feels like *them*, not just protocol. That’s what I keep aiming for.

Dr. Nisha Bisht
I am an Ayurvedic physician with over 10 years of real, everyday experience—both in the clinical side and in managing systems behind the scenes. My journey started at Jiva Ayurveda in Faridabad, where I spent around 3 years juggling in-clinic and telemedicine consultations. That time taught me how different patient care can look when it’s just you, the person’s voice, and classical texts. No fancy setups—just your grasp on nidan and your ability to *listen properly*. Then I moved into a Medical Officer role at Uttaranchal Ayurved College in Dehradun, where I stayed for 7 years. It was more than just outpatient care—I was also involved in academic work, teaching students while continuing to treat patients. That phase really pushed me to re-read things with new eyes. You explain something to students one day and then end up applying it differently the next day on a patient. The loop between theory and practice became sharper there. Right now, I’m working as Deputy Medical Superintendent at Shivalik Hospital (part of the Shivalik Ayurved Institute in Dehradun). It’s a dual role—consulting patients *and* making sure the hospital ops run smooth. I get to ensure that the Ayurvedic care we deliver is both clinically sound and logistically strong. From patient case planning to supporting clinical staff and overseeing treatment quality—I keep an eye on all of it. Across all these years, my focus hasn’t changed much—I still work to blend classical Ayurved with today’s healthcare structure in a way that feels practical, safe and real. I don’t believe in overloading patients or selling “quick detox” ideas. I work on balancing doshas, rebuilding agni, planning proper chikitsa based on the person’s condition and constitution. Whether it’s lifestyle disorders, seasonal issues, chronic cases, or plain unexplained fatigue—I try to reach the cause before anything else. I still believe that Ayurved works best when it’s applied with clarity and humility—not overcomplicated or oversold. That’s the approach I carry into every patient room and every team meeting. It’s a long road, but it’s one I’m fully walking.

Dr. Surya Bhagwati
I am a Senior Ayurveda Physician with more than 28 years in this field — and trust me, it still surprises me how much there is to learn every single day. Over these years, I’ve had the chance to treat over 1 lakh patients (probably more by now honestly), both through in-person consults and online. Some come in with a mild cough, others with conditions no one’s been able to figure out for years. Each case brings its own rhythm, and that’s where real Ayurveda begins. I still rely deeply on classical tools — *Nadi Pariksha*, *Roga-Rogi Pariksha*, proper *prakriti-vikriti* mapping — not just ticking symptoms into a list. I don’t believe in ready-made cures or generic charts. Diagnosis needs attention. I look at how the disease behaves *inside* that specific person, which doshas are triggering what, and where the imbalance actually started (hint: it’s usually not where the pain is). Over the years I’ve worked with pretty much all age groups and all kinds of health challenges — from digestive upsets & fevers to chronic, autoimmune, hormonal, metabolic and degenerative disorders. Arthritis, diabetes, PCOD, asthma, thyroid... but also things like unexplained fatigue or joint swelling that comes and goes randomly. Many of my patients had already “tried everything else” before they walked into Ayurveda, and watching their systems respond slowly—but surely—is something I don’t take lightly. My line of treatment usually combines herbal formulations (classical ones, not trendy ones), Panchakarma detox when needed, and realistic dietary and lifestyle corrections. Long-term healing needs long-term clarity — not just short bursts of symptom relief. And honestly, I tell patients that too. I also believe patient education isn’t optional. I explain things. Why we’re doing virechana, why the oil changed mid-protocol, why we pause or shift the meds after a few weeks. I want people to feel involved, not confused. Ayurveda works best when the patient is part of the process, not just receiving instructions. Even now I keep learning — through texts, talks, patient follow-ups, sometimes even mistakes that taught me what not to do. And I’m still committed, still fully into it. Because for me, this isn’t just a job. It’s a lifelong responsibility — to restore balance, protect *ojas*, and help each person live in tune with themselves. That’s the real goal.
