Considering the complexities of your knee conditions, it’s essential to address them with a comprehensive and balanced approach rooted in Ayurveda, while being mindful of modern surgical or rehabilitative interventions that might be necessary as well.

For the lateral patellar subluxation, focus is needed on strengthening the surrounding muscles, particularly the quadriceps and hamstrings. You might benefit from a setting of gentle, supervised yoga sessions that incorporate postures like Tadasana and Utkatasana. These should be done under the guidance of a qualified instructor to avoid further injury.

The partial tear in the medial patellar retinaculum and the low-grade interstitial tear of the PCL, both require attention. Apply Mahanarayana oil, gently warming before application, for its potent anti-inflammatory properties. Massage the knee area lightly to promote circulation. This can be done twice daily, making sure not to cause discomfort during application.

For cartilage health, diets rich in vitamin C and anti-inflammatory herbs such as turmeric (haridra) and ginger are advisable. Consider incorporating a daily decoction of Triphala to enhance tissue regeneration and overall detoxification.

The Grade I signal changes in menisci, mild ACL sprain, and cartilage loss issues could benefit from internal use of Ashwagandha and Guggulu, which may support tissue repair and reduce inflammation; consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner for the correct dosage.

Lastly, practice precautionary measures like wearing knee support during activities, avoiding deep knee bends, and minimizing impact-heavy exercises. Always consult with an orthopedist to ensure alignment of Ayurvedic treatments with any necessary conventional medical interventions, especially in the presence of tears that might need surgical evaluation. Please remember, acute pain or swelling should be met with immediate medical attention.
