Sardi jukam aur gala kharab ke sath body pain ka samadhan Ayurveda mein kai tareeke se kiya ja sakta hai. Sabse pehle, ye symptoms dosha vikar, vishesh roop se kapha aur vata dosh ke karan hote hain. Inko theek karne ke liye aap kuch gharelu aur herbal upaay apna sakte hain.

1. Trikatu Churna: Isme saunth (dry ginger), marich (black pepper), aur pipali (long pepper) hoti hain, jo kapha aur vata ko shaman karne mein madadgar hote hain. Isko ek chammach gunguna paani ke sath din mein do baar lein.

2. Tulsi Aur Adrakh Ka Kada: Tulsi patte aur adrakh ko paani mein achhi tarah se ubaal kar, thoda sa shahad mila kar din mein do-tin baar peen. Ye gala me sujan kam karega aur shwas rasta saf karega.

3. Turmeric Milk: Rat ko sone se pehle haldi wale doodh ka sevan karein. Haldi vata aur kapha ka shaman karti hai aur sujan ko kam karne mein madad deti hai.

4. Nasal Steam: Ek patile mein garm paani lein aur 5-10 minute tak bhap lein. Ye naak se saath huya balgam ko nikalne mein madad karta hai.

5. Rest Aur Hydration: Poora araam karna aur dheere dheere thoda-thoda paani peete rehna awashyak hai, kyonki ye sharir ko acha rahega aur immune system majboot hoga.

Note: Yadi symptoms zyada badh jaye ya kam na ho, to kripya karke kisi doctor se salah lein kyonki kabhi-kabhi bacteria ya virus infection bhi ho sakta hai jo ilaaj mangta hai. Ayurveda ke saath konventional medical check-up ko nazarandaz na karein.
