Dobrý deň, som 30.rocna žena. takmer sedem rokov sa liečim so štítnou žľazou mám zníženú funkciu štítnej, hormóny neberiem lebo mi nerobili dobre. taktiež sa liečim na chudokrvnosť, anémiu a užívam železo vo forme tabliet. a kôli týmto zdravotným problémom mám čiastočnu alopeciu čiže zhoršený stav vlasovej pokožky, vlasy sú tenké a prestali rásť budem veľmi vďačná ak mi poradíte s pozdravom.

Vaše vypadávanie vlasov je vedľajším produktom zlého metabolizmu a “slabej” krvi. Vlasové folikuly doslova “hladujú”. Musíme napraviť vstrebávanie živín a funkciu štítnej žľazy, aby vlasy znova dorástli.

Lieky (Vnútorné užívanie) Kanchanara Guggulu: 2 tablety dvakrát denne zapiť teplou vodou. (Hlavný liek na reaktiváciu funkcie štítnej žľazy). Punarnava Mandoor: 2 tablety dvakrát denne po jedle. (Lieči chudokrvnosť a zlepšuje vstrebávanie železa lepšie ako bežné doplnky). Bhringrajasava: 20 ml zmiešať s 20 ml vody, užívať dvakrát denne po jedle. (Špecifické tonikum na rast vlasov a zvýšenie energie).

Vonkajšia terapia Neelibhringadi Tailam: Masírujte týmto olejom pokožku hlavy 3-krát týždenne. (Silný olej na obnovu rastu vlasov). Nasya: Kvapnite 2 kvapky oleja Anu Tailam (alebo čistého kravského Ghee masla) do každej nosnej dierky každé ráno. (Stimuluje hypofýzu a hormonálnu rovnováhu).

Stravovacie a životné poradenstvo Trik na železo: Vytlačte si citrón na jedlo. Vitamín C je nevyhnutný na to, aby sa železo, ktoré užívate, skutočne vstrebalo. Potraviny pre štítnu žľazu: Jedzte pravidelne Moringu a používajte kokosový olej. Vyhnite sa kapuste, karfiolu (sú to goitrogény) a sóji. Joga: Cvičte denne Sarvangasana (Sviečka / Stoj na lopatkách). Táto poloha nahrnie krv do štítnej žľazy a pokožky hlavy.

Na základe toho, čo opisujete, je dôležité pochopiť, že vypadávanie vlasov u Vás nie je len problém vlasovej pokožky, ale je odrazom hlbšej vnútornej nerovnováhy v tele, ktorá sa vytvárala postupne počas rokov.

Pri dlhodobo zníženej funkcii štítnej žľazy, anémii a nízkej energii dochádza v tele k oslabeniu Agni k narušeniu výživy tkanív, najmä Rasa, Rakta a Asthi dhatu. Vlasy sú podľa ajurvédy vedľajším produktom kostného tkaniva (Asthi dhatu), a preto ako prvé reagujú na nedostatok výživy, železa, hormónov a životnej sily.

Keď hormóny štítnej žľazy nefungujú optimálne a železo je dlhodobo nízke, telo si energiu šetrí pre životne dôležité orgány. Vlasy sa vtedy dostávajú „na posledné miesto“, čo vedie k ich rednutiu, stenčeniu a zastaveniu rastu. Stres tento proces ešte viac prehlbuje tým, že zvyšuje Vata a Pitta dóšu, čo zhoršuje kvalitu vlasovej pokožky a spôsobuje lokálnu alopeciu.

Váš stav by som z ajurvédskeho pohľadu vnímala ako kombináciu: Vata–Pitta nerovnováhy oslabeného Rasayana systému dlhodobej Rakta kshaya (nedostatok krvi) a slabého metabolizmu štítnej žľazy

Preto samotné oleje alebo vonkajšia starostlivosť o vlasy nebudú stačiť. Liečba musí ísť zvnútra smerom von.

jemná podpora štítnej žľazy bez agresívnej stimulácie postupné doplnenie krvi a železa prirodzenou cestou posilnenie nervového systému a zníženie stresovej záťaže obnova vlasových folikulov cez výživu tkanív

V ajurvéde sa v takýchto prípadoch osvedčujú byliny a prípravky ako Bhringraj, Amla, Shatavari, Yashtimadhu, Ashwagandha (opatrne a individuálne) a špecifické Rasayana prípravky, ktoré zlepšujú kvalitu krvi aj hormonálnu rovnováhu. Súčasťou terapie je aj pravidelná olejová masáž vlasovej pokožky vhodným liečivým olejom, ktorá zlepší prekrvenie a podporí opätovný rast.

Rovnako dôležitá je strava – teplá, výživná, s dostatkom prírodného železa, dobrých tukov a bielkovín. Studené, suché, rýchle a stresujúce jedlá stav výrazne zhoršujú.

The situation you describe indicates: Kapha dominance → slow metabolism, thyroid dysfunction Agnimandya (weak digestive & tissue metabolism) Rasa and Rakta dhatu kshaya → anemia, low nourishment Asthi & Majja dhatu involvement → hair thinning, alopecia Vata aggravation due to stress → hair fall and poor regrowth

Hair problems in Ayurveda are almost always internal, not just scalp-related.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO IMPROVE WITHOUT HORMONE TABLET?

Yes, Ayurveda practice concentrates on assisting the thyroid function, delivering the correct nourishment to tissues, and rectifying the root causes. However: This change is a slow one (3–6 months) Checking thyroid and Hb levels should be done regularly

4 Jeevamrutham 1 tsp at bed time followed by warm water

SCALP & HAIR CARE (External)

Oil massage 2–3 times/week with: Bhringaraj Taila or Neelibhringadi Taila Give the head a light massage for 10 minutes After the massage use a gentle herbal shampoo to wash off

Do not wear tight hairstyles, use heat tools, or chemical treatments

DIETARY GUIDELINES (VERY IMPORTANT)

Include (Daily) Warm, freshly cooked food Cooked vegetables (beetroot, carrot, pumpkin) Dates, soaked raisins (good for anemia) Sesame seeds (black til preferred) Ghee in small quantity Lentils, mung dal Warm water

Good to take iron tablets, but it is better to keep away from tea/coffee and dairy (e.g. milk).

DETOX & SUPPORT (Gentle, Not Aggressive)

Start your day with warm water Take mild Triphala at night only if you have constipation Do not take strong detox or fasting as it will increase hair fall

LIFESTYLE & STRESS MANAGEMENT

Go to bed before 10:30 p.m Wear short-sleeved clothes outdoors to get the sun exposure you need (15–20 min) Light yoga: Anulom Vilom Bhramari Neck relaxation exercises Do not overwork yourself

Stress directly exacerbates Vata, which in turn aggravates alopecia.

Hair regrowth takes time but it is doable once the internal balance is restored.

Pre zvládnutie zníženej funkcie štítnej žľazy a s tým spojenýych problémov, ako je chudokrvnosť a alopecia, je dôležité prístupiť k liečbe holisticky. Z pohľadu ájurvédy môžeme povedať, že tieto stavy sú často spojené s nerovnováhou v doshách, obzvlášť kaphy a vaty.

1. Strava: Prvým krokom je podpora agni (tráviaceho ohňa) a obnova rovnováhy v doshách. Zaradiť do svojej stravy teplé, výživné potraviny, ako sú polievky a kaše. Skúste piť teplú vodu s citrónom ráno na podporu trávenia. Vyhnite sa studeným a surovým potravinám, ktoré môžu oslabiť agni.

2. Byliny: Je užitočné zvážiť aj bylinné toniká ako Ashwagandha, ktorá pomáha pri regulácii hormonálnej rovnováhy a podporuje rast vlasov.
