Managing Hypothyroidism and Skin Issues - #46771

hypothyroid at level 10.7 TSHand cholestrol at 144 . I have Morphea, lived lots of stress. Dry skin. Fatigue after last hit of Covid. Discomfort in hot indoors. Need more air than most people. No meds. Cutting back on soy and cabbage. I'm a broad mama. 5'7 and 180.Exercise often. I started takingTurmeric with ginger, olive oil and Manuka Honey. I'm a 0 blood type and 64. Thank You for your suggestions.
