Guidance on Taking Triphala Churna for Elevated Thyroid - #47096

How to take triphala churn for a person with a slightly elevated thyroid( 6.294 )whether to be taken before meals or after meals and what should be the dosage. Should it be taken with warm water ? I saw a doctor saying that it is good for people with thyroid less than 10. But there was no other specific information. Please guide.
