Managing Diastolic Blood Pressure with Ayurveda - #47129

For hypertension My diastolic bp always stays belw 80, usually between 60 to 75, however my diastolic bp varies quite a bit. Most of the time it's in upper 130's range, can vary between 125 to 145. My problem is how to control diastolic bp only, with little effect on systolic bp. should I take muktavati or bpgrit? Can I take both? If both what quantity and what time? Can sarpgandha be included too? Or any other ayurvedic medicines, practices could be helpful? I practice anulom vilom, kapal bhati, bhatrika., about 6000 steps daily atleast 4 times a week. Thanks.

The above mentioned medicines will offcourse reduce ur blood pressure but we can’t say that it will definitely control only diastolic blood pressure it will overall reduce ur blood pressure
And sarpaganda will also be useful but for blood pressure only one set of medicine will be enough multiple medicine will be of useless
