Ayurvedic Treatment for My Child's Heart Condition - #47146

My child is 2yrs old. He was born with multiple holes in his heart but now he has only 1 hole which is between two valves and it is damaging the valves. Doctor's are saying for open heart surgery. Is there any ayurvedic medicine for this condition?? I have heard of arjun ki chaal for adults . Can i give arjun ki chaal to 2yr old?? How much quantity to be given?
