Hello Doctor I am a 64-year-old man suffering from heart failure and high blood pressure. My current weight is 60 kg, down from 74 kg. I would like to eliminate protein in my urine and gain a few kilograms. Based on the test results listed below, are Punarnava mandur, Ashwagandha Churna, Gokshuradi Gugguiu, and Shatavari suitable for my condition?
