Olive oil is safe only in food (1–2 teaspoons daily). ❌ It does NOT help asthma or breathing problems. 🚫 Do not drink it directly or inhale it. For a 79-year-old with moderate asthma, he must: Use his inhaler as prescribed Avoid cold air See a doctor if breathing worsens 👉 Olive oil = nutrition, not treatment.
