You likely have mild osteoarthritis in your hands and some ankle involvement, worsened by cold and past injury (Achilles). - Use heat (warm water, heating pads) and continue castor oil massage. - Do gentle hand and ankle exercises to maintain mobility. - Wear warm gloves and supportive shoes in cold weather. - Watch for sudden swelling, redness, or worsening pain. - Your symptoms are mild, so focus on joint care and mobility rather than medication. - Diagnosis: Vataja Sandhigata Vata (mild arthritis) - External Therapy: Warm Mahanarayan or castor oil massage on hands & ankles, daily. Warm water soak before massage. - Internal Medications: Yograj Guggulu – 2 tabs twice daily after meals Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g with warm milk once daily - Lifestyle / Diet: Warm, cooked foods; avoid cold/raw foods.
