●Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)is a strong, semen-enhancing, chemical. Modern Approach: Increases testosterone levels and muscular power. ●Kaunch seeds / Kapikachchu (Mucuna pruriens) is excellent vajikarana substance, sperm enhancer. Modern Approach: It contains L- Dopa which helps in sperm production by increasing dopamine levels ●Cowpea (Tribulus terrestris) is Diuretic, metal purifier, erectile dysfunction. • Modern Approach: It contains Protodioscin which improves sexual desire and sperm quality. ●White Musli (Chlorophytum borivilianum) is Pure vajikaran medicine, increases "sperm strength” and semen lubricity. Modern view: It contains natural steroids and saponins, which enhance fertility and physical ability. ●Vidarikand (Pueraria tuberosa) sperm enhancer, helps in fertility.
