Hi doctor, I have cervical and lumbar spondylosis with sacrolisation of l5 vertebrae. Severe neck, shoulder back thigh leg pain..pls help me

Severe pain in cervical and lumbar spondylosis with sacralization is due to chronic Vata aggravation causing nerve compression and stiffness. Treatment should focus on pain relief + nerve support + lubrication.
Start this directly:
Yograj Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food
Mahayograj Guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food
For pain relief:
Dashmool Kwath 15 ml + equal water twice daily before food
External care is very important:
Daily warm Mahanarayan oil massage on neck, back, and legs followed by mild heat (hot fomentation).
Avoid strain, long sitting, and sudden movements. Use a firm mattress and proper neck support pillow.
If possible, continue gentle physiotherapy (not aggressive).
With regular treatment, pain and stiffness reduce gradually over a few weeks.
