स्वास्तिक वायहर वटी वात दोष को शांत करने के लिए दी जाती है। अब जब दर्द काफी कम हो गया है और केवल कभी-कभी होता है, तो यह संकेत है कि वात संतुलन में आ चुका है। धीरे-धीरे बंद करने की योजना बनाएं रोज लेने के बजाय पहले 1 बार/दिन → फिर alternate days → फिर बंद करें। Maintain करने पर ध्यान दें रोज हल्का तिल तेल से मालिश गुनगुना पानी, ठंडी चीजें कम आहार में अदरक, लहसुन, मेथी शामिल करें अगर दर्द फिर बढ़ने लगे, तभी दोबारा कुछ समय के लिए दवा लें।
