Because walking pattern changed, the knee joint is now under uneven load, causing pain and altered movement feeling. Right now, avoid overdoing therapies — too many external treatments can sometimes aggravate joint sensitivity. Give the joint some rest and stability: Avoid long walking, stairs, and sudden movements Use a knee support (brace) while walking Continue mild heat (sand compress is fine, but not too hot) Start gentle strengthening: Slow straight leg raises and mild knee movements (no force) At home: Castor oil हल्का massage at night, followed by mild heat Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Maharasnadi kwath – 15 ml with equal water twice daily Shallaki (Boswellia) – 1 tablet twice daily These help reduce inflammation, improve joint function, and support movement.
