In Ayurveda, your symptoms—skin discoloration, white spots, dark circles, and ongoing anxiety—may suggest imbalances in the Pitta dosha (which governs metabolism, skin health, and the circulatory system) and possible disturbances in the body's ability to regulate blood sugar levels (as in pre-diabetes). To address these concerns, it's important to focus on cooling and detoxifying therapies. Begin with a Pitta-pacifying diet, rich in fresh, cooling foods like cucumbers, leafy greens, coconut, and bitter vegetables. Avoid spicy, oily, and acidic foods that can aggravate Pitta. Ayurvedic herbs like Neem, Turmeric, and Manjistha can help purify the blood and support skin health. Incorporate daily self-massage (Abhyanga) with cooling oils such as coconut or sesame to improve circulation and skin tone. Practice gentle yoga or meditation to manage stress, and maintain a stable blood sugar level by eating small, balanced meals and avoiding refined sugars. Regular detoxification through Panchakarma therapies may also be helpful. Always consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner for tailored treatments, especially in the context of pre-diabetes.

Sounds like you're dealing with a mix of skin pigmentation issues. Ayurveda sees skin conditions as rooted, often, in dosha imbalances, usually Pitta or sometimes Vata. It's one of those things where we look at the skin as our body's mirror, reflecting internal health, more than we think sometimes. With black pigmentation you mentioned, often linked to excess heat, or Pitta imbalance, and those white spots, could be a hint of Vata playing up, drying and affecting your skin's natural colorization process. A few things to try: Start by cooling down your system internally. You might wanna integrate cooling foods like cucumber, coriander, and coconut water into your diet. Keep spicy, oily, fermented foods, and caffeine in check. Let's say cut back, not necessarily stop immediately—it helps keep Pitta in check. For topical stuff, sandalwood paste or turmeric with a bit of milk – both are quite smoothing and calming. Consider it quick relief not an overnight change. Apply it at night before bed, wash it off in the morning, ya know? Lavender oil diluted in a carrier can be soothing too. Dark circles usually are aggravated by stress, lack of sleep or dehydration—simple stuff, but it's often the cause i swear. Hydrate well, give yourself a short massage around the eyes with almond oil before bed. A gentle, loving touch can actually go much further than fancy treatments! But hey, it’s super vital to keep checking in with healthcare providers for sudden changes like white spots. Also, you’ve tried medicines—do let your Ayurvedic doctor know they aren't working. Sometimes it means tweaking the treatment plan. Knowing when to tap into additional expertise is half the battle won, right? Remember, Ayurveda isn't overnight miracles. Be patient, stay consistent, and align your lifestyle to support what's needed. If things don't improve, or get worse, getting another opinion is always a good call.
