Hi rashmi, It sounds like you’re dealing with a variety of headache symptoms that could be related to a Vata-Pitta imbalance. Can you tell me if your headaches worsen with stress, lack of sleep, or certain foods, like spicy or hot foods? Also, does the headache come with any digestive issues or irritability? For your condition, Ayurveda recommends Nasya with Anu Taila or Ksheer Bala Taila to balance both Vata and Pitta doshas. These oils are specifically designed to calm the nervous system and reduce inflammation, helping with your type of headaches. Indukanta Ghrit is a good choice, but you might also benefit from using Brahmi oil or Saraswatarishta internally for improved cognitive function and to reduce Vata aggravation. Along with this, a calming, Pitta-pacifying diet and lifestyle are essential. Keep your routine regular, avoid excess heat, and engage in calming activities like meditation.
