Rashmi you did not mention your age. And occupation. That would help being more clear about your case… Any other health issues like allergic rhinitis or sinositis, any operative history? Or other health issues like BP ,thyroid issues etc? If you are already following pranyama.then,I think you definitely may be having digestive issues…due to some cronic reasons… like constipation on hyperacidity… I think a diet balancing shall make the mefication more effective Avoid spicy, oily, fermented, stake food, outside food, maida. Include fruits, vegetables with less oil and masala, Also drink a good amount of water Whole day, that too not refrigerated one.
It seems you’re dealing with a chronic headache issue that’s impacting your daily life, particularly with persistent lightheadedness. While you’re already exploring various Ayurvedic treatments, sometimes, adjustments or additional strategies may be needed to address the root cause effectively.
Considering you mentioned the use of Brahmi Vati, Ashwagandhadi, and Medhya Rasayana, these are excellent choices for enhancing cognitive function and reducing stress. But the persistence of your symptoms suggests we might need to explore other angles, too. The symptoms suggests vata imbalance, often the culprit behind dizziness and vertigo. Here’s some steps to help balance vata and bring relief:
1. Diet: Focus on warm, cooked meals, avoiding dry or cold foods. Use warming spices like ginger, cinnamon, and cumin which help in digestion. Always try to have meals at regular intervals to avoid aggravation of vata by irregular eating habits.
2. Nasya Treatment: While ghee is beneficial, you could try Anu Taila for nasya, which is known for its grounding, vata-pacifying properties. Be cautious with oil application; just 2 drops in each nostril in the morning might suffice.
3. Panchagavya Ghrita: It’s indeed a good tonic for the brain and can be taken internally, approx 1/2 tsp in the morning with warm water. Ensure it’s from a reputable source, and monitor for any negative reactions.
4. Herbal Teas: Regular intake of mild herbal teas, like ginger or licorice, might help stabilize vata and thus offer relief.
5. Routine & Rest: Ensure adequate rest. A regular daily routine helps stabilize the internal body clock, often disturbed in vata imbalance. Avoid overexertion.
Lastly, persistent symptoms should not be ignored, particularly with dizziness. It might be prudent to have a comprehensive check-up, considering factors beyond ayurveda such as inner ear conditions, vestibular disorders, or vitamin deficiencies that might need additional intervention. Always consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner or a healthcare professional for tailored guidance and to rule out any underlying issues.
