You have to undergo some blood work , urine examination and ultrasound abdomen and scrotum to rule out any abnormalities. Eat high protein diet.

Certainly, addressing concerns like premature ejaculation and occasional erection difficulties with an ayurvedic approach involves understanding your unique balance of doshas. The symptoms you describe indicate a potential Vata imbalance. Vata dosha, due to its qualities of emptiness and mobility, can influence such issues when not in balance. The frequency of urination you mentioned can relate to Vata being overactive, stimulating your bladder excessively. To begin addressing this, consider integrating a few key lifestyle and dietary changes. Begin by incorporating grounding, warming foods into your diet - think of tastes that are sweet, sour, and salty, which help to pacify Vata. Cooked grains such as rice and oats, especially when prepared with warming spices like ginger and cumin, can be beneficial. Also try to avoid excessively cold, dry, or raw foods. Herbs such as Ashwagandha and Shatavari can be supportive, helping to strengthen and nourish the reproductive tissues, or shukra dhatu. You might incorporate ashwagandha in the form of powder or capsules, taken with warm milk daily. Regularity is key here and this could gradually bolster your sexual vitality over time. In terms of lifestyle, prioritize a routine to offer consistency and stability, essential for calming Vata. Adequate sleep—aim for 7 to 8 hours—and stress management through practices like yoga and meditation are fundamentally supportive. Both practices can enhance circulation and general wellbeing, contributing indirectly to sexual health. If you continue to struggle despite these changes, it might be wise to connect with a healthcare provider. There's a chance there might be an underlying physical issue needing attention, especially if these symptoms persist or you notice any other concerning symptoms appearing. Remember, Ayurveda works best as a complementary system, aiding in conjunction with conventional medical advice when necessary.
