The bulky uterus is usually interpreted as "granthi" or "arbuda" (growths/masses due to dosha vitiation). Best Yoga Asanas for Endometriosis, Adenomyosis & Fertility: 1. Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Butterfly Pose) Improves blood flow to the pelvic region Relaxes pelvic floor muscles. 2. Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose) Stimulates the abdominal organs. Balances hormones and strengthens the uterus 4. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) stimulates uterus 5. Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend)-.Stimulates ovaries and uterus Relieves stress and tension 6. Ustrasana (Camel Pose) Improves reproductive function 7. Malasana

Managing endometriosis and adenomyosis and assisting your body for conceiving presents certain challenges, especially with a bulky uterus. In Ayurveda, these conditions can be linked with an imbalance in the Vata and Pitta doshas which often affects the reproductive tissues (Shukra dhatu). Taking a holistic approach could help, though it's important to have an ongoing discussion with your Ayurvedic practitioner and also your allopathic doctor as needed. First, let's focus on diet, which is fundamental. Consuming warm, easily digestible foods can assist in balancing Vata. Opt for freshly cooked meals over processed ones. Ghee, warm milk, and spices like turmeric, cumin, and asafoetida can be beneficial in reducing inflammation and improving digestion. Avoid very spicy, or sour foods which may aggravate Pitta. Herbs can play a supportive role. Ashwagandha or Shatavari are well-known for promoting reproductive health. Ashwagandha helps in reducing stress which can negatively affect fertility. Shatavari is said to nourish the reproductive system. You’d want to consult with an Ayurvedic professional regarding dosages and suitability for your specific constitution. Your daily routine should encourage regularity, reduce stress and maintain warmth in your body. Try incorporating self-abhyanga (oil massage) using warm sesame oil, especially focusing on the lower abdomen and back. Practicing Pranayama such as Anulom Vilom and gentle yoga poses like Baddha Konasana, Supta Baddha, will work towards enhancing circulation in the pelvic region. Scheduling Panchakarma therapies, could also be beneficial in detoxifying body, but they need to be specifically tailored. While Ayurveda offers lifestyle and holistic remedies that promote balance, it’s critical to keep your IVF specialists in loop about any treatments. Keep monitoring progress and symptoms closely. Ultimately, coordination between different healthcare approaches will support best results.
