Fatty liver, fatty belly - #20695

Polite

In an effort to reduce fatty liver I took some slimming tablets that removed all the fats and deposited in the belly area. I have gone through a thyroid test and colonoscopy, which tested negative. What should I do to remove the huge belly fat?

Triphala Churna: Detoxifies the digestive tract, improves metabolism. Take 1 tsp with warm water before bed. Medohar Guggul- Breaks down fat tissues and improves thyroid function. Punarnava: Acts as a diuretic and helps reduce bloating and water retention. 2. Diet (Ahara): Warm, light, and cooked foods — avoid cold, raw, and oily foods.
