Ayurvedic plan can help to support natural conception, especially with hypothyroidism and cycle irregularity. You should consult an ayurvedic stri rog visheshgya for this. 1. Regulate Thyroid & Hormones Herbal Support: *Kanchanar Guggulu – Balances thyroid function . Dose: 2 tabs twice daily after food. *Ashwagandha – Reduces stress, supports thyroid, and balances reproductive hormones. Take 1 tsp powder with warm milk at night. *Shatavari – Nourishes the uterus and regulates ovulation. Take 1 tsp powder or capsule twice daily after meals. Diet Tips: Avoid goitrogenic foods (raw cabbage, cauliflower, soy). Use iodized salt and cook with coconut oil or ghee. Eat warm, home-cooked meals. Avoid packaged, cold, and leftover food. Daily routine remedies- Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Use warm Bala-Ashwagandha oil on the lower abdomen and back 3–4 times a week. Follow with a warm bath to relax the body and balance hormones. 4. Detox & Rejuvenation (Pre-Conception Panchakarma) Basti (medicated enema) – deeply balances Vata, which governs fertility. Uttarbasti – A specialized therapy for clearing uterine blockages (done only under professional guidance). 5. Mental & Emotional Balance Yoga & Pranayama: Gentle yoga (Supta Baddha Konasana, Viparita Karani) Anulom Vilom, Nadi Shodhana, Brahmari for hormone balance and relaxation.

It seems you're going through a complex situation, and while the challenges are many, Ayurveda can offer some potential pathways to support your body. The conditions you're facing, hypothyroidism, low AMH, and insulin resistance, they can all affect fertility, but focusing on balance and strengthening your reproductive health might help. Firstly, regarding your diet, aim to favor warming and nourishing foods that support the Vata dosha, believed to dominate reproductive health. Include whole grains, nuts like almonds, and healthy fats from ghee or sesame oil. Limit cold and raw foods, as they're harder to digest. As the digestive fire, or Agni, is at the core of Ayurveda, maintaining it ensures that all nutrients are properly assimilated. Also, try to have freshly cooked meals instead of processed or leftover foods. Incorporating herbs known in Ayurveda for reproductive health can be beneficial too. Ashwagandha and Shatavari are often suggested for enhancing fertility. Ashwagandha can help balance hormones, while Shatavari supports uterine health, but it's essential to consult with a practitioner before adding these to your regimen, especially considering your thyroid condition. For lifestyle, regular but moderate exercise like yoga can help improve insulin sensitivity and manage stress, which in turn can support fertility. Focus on asanas that improve pelvic circulation, such as Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) and Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose). Yoga, combined with pranayama breathing techniques, strengthens the mind-body connection and reduces anxiety, which might be exacerbated during this time. Stress management is crucial here, as stress can further exacerbate hormonal imbalances. Meditation or mindfulness practices, especially in the morning or before bed, can be grounding. Restorative practices like abhyanga (self-oil massage) using warm sesame oil can also calm the nervous system. Managing thyroid health, pay attention to iodine intake and ensure you're getting enough through your diet with sources like seaweed or eggs, unless contraindicated by your doctor. Additionally, ensure regular monitoring of your thyroid levels with your healthcare provider. Lastly, timing is also key in Ayurvedic practice. Engaging in sex during the most fertile days of your cycle can maximize chances of conception. Track your cycle closely to understand your fertile window. Consider working intimately with an Ayurvedic practitioner or a holistic fertility specialist who can personalize a plan for you, address the nuances of your conditions, and work alongside your existing medical treatments. And most importantly, keep in regular touch with a conventional fertility specialist to ensure no critical measures are missed.
