You should consult a nearby Ayurvedic gynecologist, as you have been trying to conceive for 2 years. It can be effectively managed with Uttar Basti along with other Ayurvedic therapies.

Dr. Manjusha Vikrant Pate
With over 18 years of dedicated Ayurvedic practice, I have focused extensively on treating skin and hair disorders, integrating classical Panchakarma therapies with individualized care. A major aspect of my clinical approach involves Upakarma procedures—supportive therapies within Panchakarma—which I customize based on each patient’s Prakriti (constitutional type). I believe true healing begins when treatments are aligned with the body’s natural balance, and this philosophy guides every aspect of my work. My specialization includes the preparation and use of Ayurvedic formulations that I personally design, including face packs, hair packs, body oils, and facial oils—each one carefully selected and recommended according to the patient’s specific dosha and skin/hair condition. These formulations are result-oriented and rooted in time-tested Ayurvedic principles, ensuring safe, natural, and sustainable outcomes. In my practice, Ayurvedic facials are more than just cosmetic procedures; they are therapeutic treatments tailored to the unique constitution of each individual, aiming to restore inner and outer harmony. By incorporating dosha-based skincare routines and traditional beauty therapies, I help patients achieve visible improvement in conditions like pigmentation, acne, hair fall, and premature aging—without relying on chemical-based solutions. My goal is to blend classical Ayurveda with a practical, patient-focused approach. Whether managing chronic skin concerns, offering customized herbal solutions, or delivering rejuvenative Panchakarma therapies, I ensure each treatment is deeply personalized, holistic, and rooted in authentic Ayurvedic wisdom.

Your laparoscopy results indicate some complexities with the fallopian tubes, yet it's encouraging that both tubes are patent. In Ayurveda, the focus would be on balancing your doshas, enhancing your ojas (vital energy), and optimizing reproductive health. First, we would look at your dosha balance. Infertility issues are often linked with vata imbalance, because Vata governs all downward moving functions, including the reproductive processes. Additionally, fertility issues may arise due to an imbalance in other doshas depending on specific symptoms. For dietary changes, favor warm, cooked, and nourishing foods that pacify vata, like cooked grains (rice, quinoa), root vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes) and ghee. Avoid cold, raw, and processed foods that could aggravate vata and potentially contribute to further disturbances in your cycle. Include herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari in your regimen. Ashwagandha is known for its balancing act on the doshas and may improve stress respons, while Shatavari supports reproductive health, nourishes the body tissues and balances hormonal levels. These herbs are best taken in powder form with warm water, twice a day after meals. Abhyanga, or oil massage, with sesame oil can help calm vata and support the reproductive system. Regularly performing this massage, following it with a warm bath, can support relaxation and improve blood circulation. A key component is to nurture your mental wellbeing. Practices like meditation, prayanama, and yoga can greatly help in reducing stress which indirectly affects fertility. Consider including gentle poses in your daily practice, such as Baddha Konasana and Supta Baddha Konasana which are beneficial for the reproductive organs. Finally, it's also important to maintain a regular routine, going to bed and rising early, as fatigue can further aggravate vata and lead to imbalance. Implement simple daily routines, known as Dinacharya, to provide stability and rhythm to your day. Incorporating these Ayurvedic practices can take time, just like convincing. Always ensure any new approach complements your current medical treatments without interrupting them. In this journey of trying to conceive, patience and consistency are key. If your situation appears too challenging, seeking further guidance from a professional specializing in Ayurveda alongside regular medical check-ins is recommended.
