Start with more warm, easy-to-digest foods. Soupy rice or khichdi are like best pals for your belly right now. Avoid oily, spicy, and very salty foods that can inflame Pitta. Ghee in moderation can be soothing.

Turmeric is your friendly neighborhood anti-inflammatory spice. Half a teaspoon with warm water daily could be nice gentle addition.
