I am really confused about my recent health issues and have been doing some research on the benefits of triphala churna, but I feel like I need more insight. So, I’ve been feeling kind of sluggish and bloated for the past month, like nothing I eat sits right anymore. I used to have a pretty good digestion, you know? Just recently, a friend suggested I try triphala churna, saying it's got tons of benefits of triphala churna for detoxing and improving digestion. However, I'm unsure about just jumping in without knowing more. I even read somewhere it can help with metabolism too? I tried to take it a few times, but I think I might’ve taken too much because I felt a bit weird afterward, like more bloated! But I hear the benefits of triphala churna can be really helpful overall, right? Like, aside from digestion, can it help with energy levels too? I’m kind of desperate to feel better, going into the holiday season and all, I really want to enjoy things. Do I need to mix it with anything, or is it just fine to take it as is? Oh, and if anyone has tips on dosages or when to take it for the max benefits of triphala churna, I'd really appreciate that. Just feeling lost here!
