Can Patankar Kadha Help with Fatigue and Digestive Issues? Seeking Guidance on Usage and Effectiveness - #22515

I am really struggling with my health lately, and I wanted to find out if anyone here has had any experience with patankar kadha. So, a few months ago, I started feeling super fatigued all the time, and then it turned into these awful digestive issues. I went to my regular doctor, but they just prescribed me a bunch of pills that didn’t help at all. I feel like I've tried everything and I heard from a friend that patankar kadha might be a good natural remedy for this kind of fatigue and digestive trouble. I even got a little bottle of it, but honestly, I’m not sure how to take it or if I’m doing it right. Some days, my stomach pains are just really bad, and I wonder if this patankar kadha is actually going to help or is just another one of those things that won’t do anything. Like, how often should I be taking it? Does it really work for fatigue too, or is that just like a rumor? I saw some mixed things online, and I could really use a clear answer. Also if there are any specific things I should be aware of! I mean, I’m open to trying more natural remedies, but I just don't wanna waste my time on something efectively useless, you know? Any advice would be super appreciated!
