I am really struggling with some digestive issues and I've heard about something called avipathi choornam. For the past few weeks, I've been feeling bloated, gassy, and kinda uncomfortable most of the time after meals. I tried cutting out gluten and dairy, but it didn’t help much. Some friends recommended avipathi choornam, saying it works wonders for digestive problems and helps with acidity, but I'm not exactly sure how to use it. Like, do I take it before meals? Or after? And how much should I take? I've read it can balance the doshas and all that, but I’m a bit skeptical wonderin if it's really effective.
