I am dealing with some really bothersome health issues recently and I’m starting to feel kinda lost. My digestion has been all over the place, like one minute I'm fine, and the next I can’t handle anything spicy or oily. It all started when I went on this trip to India and I tried so much street food — it was amazing but maybe not the best idea? Now I’m dealing with symptoms like frequent acid reflux, which is so uncomfortable. I've heard about amlapitta mishran and how it might help with these issues, but I'm not sure if it's right for me. I did a little research and discovered that it can help with these digestion problems linked to acidity. While I’m really hopeful, I’m just a bit confused about whether I should be taking it, and what dosage would be recommended? Also, are there any side effects I should be aware of?
