I am really struggling with some digestion issues, and I heard about this thing called vilwadi gulika. So, my story is a bit messy. I’ve been dealing with bloating and gas for maybe a couple months now. It's super annoying, especially after I eat. I’ve tried changing my diet and drinking more water, but nothing seems to help. A friend suggested that vilwadi gulika could be the solution since it’s supposed to aid digestion. But here’s where I’m confused—I’m not even sure how it works or if it’s right for me. I did a bit of research and it sounds like a herbal medicine, but I don’t know if I should take it as a tablet or in another form? I recently went to the doc and they didn’t really give me much aside from some antacids, which didn’t help. I’ve even tried ginger tea—anything to ease the discomfort.
