I am really struggling with these constant coughs and cold, like it's never ending!! A few weeks ago I started feeling this tickling in my throat, and then bam, a full-blown cough! Not fun at all, especially since I’ve got my little ones at home and I don’t want to pass anything on to them. I’ve tried warm teas and honey, but I heard about the Himalaya Tulasi Syrup from a friend, and I kinda want to give it a go. Has anyone here used Himalaya Tulasi Syrup for such annoying coughs? I read that it’s supposed to be good for respiratory health and boosts immunity but I’m not totally sure how well it works. Like, does it really help? Or is it just another miracle-sounding product? Plus, I’m curious if there are any side effects to look out for. I've also seen mixed reviews online, which makes me feel a bit uneasy. I wanna try something natural, but what if it just doesn’t work or makes things worse? Should I take it with something special or just straight up? Also, how long does it take to kick in??
