I am really confused about something and hope someone here can help. A couple of months back, I started feeling kinda unwell? Like, I had this constant bloating and my digestion was all off. After seeing my doc, got some tests done, and they pointed towards a weak digestive fire or something. That’s when I heard about Amrita Sutshekhar Ras from a friend who swears it worked wonders for her. I did some reading, and it seems like it’s supposed to improve digestion and reduce bloating.
