I am really at a loss here with my digestion issues, and I keep hearing about Zandu Chandrodaya Anupan Churna. For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with this annoying bloating and sometimes even cramping after my meals. I've tried changing my diet, but nothing seems to work! I even went to a doctor and they said it was just stress, but I'm not convinced. Last week, I stumbled upon Zandu Chandrodaya Anupan Churna while scrolling online and thought maybe it could help. My aunt swears by it for her tummy troubles. I'm just kinda nervous trying new things, ya know? I read some where that it's great for supporting digestion but I'm not sure if it’ll suit me. Has anyone else tried the Zandu Chandrodaya Anupan Churna?? Did it help with symptoms like my bloating? Also, how should I be taking it?
